    Plaquenil and MS - Multiple Sclerosis - MedHelp I took Plaquenil for suspected Sjogren's syndrome for over 3 years. It did absolutely nothing for symptoms that evenutally would be diagnosed as MS. This is just my personal experience and you didn't say which connective tissue disease you had so this may not apply to you.
