I to have been taking plaquenil for at least 6 to 8 months not sure a lil lupie lol anyway and i do feel a difference in my eyes plus my liver enzymes are up i believe that the highest is 47 and mines is 48 the doc says not dangerously high but we need to keep an eye on it. im not sure but i thought that the enzymes were up cuz of the prednisone but now ill have to ask the doc. i too want.
